My husband and I got married this past October and Blue Willow Bakery made our main wedding cake and cupcakes for the reception. We knew we wanted to support as many local vendors as we could when it came to planning our wedding, and I happened to grow up around the owner's family and watch as her business grew. I knew a long time ago I wanted her to bake for my wedding. We also had many wedding guests with a wide variety of food allergies and sensitivities, so we wanted to make sure everyone could satisfy their sweet tooth! We are both red velvet and carrot cake lovers. So we decided to have a red velvet wedding cake that truly made you feel like you were walking the red velvet carpet in heaven. We also ordered gluten free/vegan carrot cake cupcakes that were a roaring craze. We could not think of a better choice of desserts for our big day and all food-sensitive diets were happily satisfied
